The original recipe comes from my Pressured Cook cookbook, however I've made modifications. It can be prepared in a pressure cooker, crockpot or on the stove top. Combine baking mix and pepper in a bowl. Coat beef with this mixture, shaking off excess. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium high heat.
