In a bowl put a lawyer of lettuce, layer of grren pepper, layer of onion, layer of peas. Spread top with the real mayonnaise all the way to the top of the bowl. Sprinkle a little of sugar on top. Sprinkle the cheese and then top with the bacon bits. Cover and chil.

Mix together and allow to sit. While you layer the salad . Using a large...peas, cauliflower, onion rings, bacon and eggs. Spread dressing...set overnight. Toss before serving.

Prepare dressing. Combine all...peppers and carrots in layers around outer edges of...dressing on top. Arrange bacon and cheese over dressing....day. To serve present salad to diners, then toss...coated with dressing. Serves 8.
