First, put the sardines, bread and ketchup in a blender. Blend until pasty. Add the breadcrumbs and blend. After the breadcrumbs are blended in, take the cotton balls and pull them apart. Mix the cotton into the dough. The cotton balls will help the bait stay on the hook.
