Found this on where it is an adaptation Peter Berleys' 'Lemon Tart with Toasted Almond Crust' from his book, 'The Modern Vegetarian Kitchen'. I haven't tried it but it has excellent reports from the newsgroup.

Found my basis for this off but have altered it some.

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients except the crust in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake for about 45 minutes or until cracks start to form around the edge of the filling.
