Here's another vegan meatloaf... I'm sorry but I haven't yet tried this recipe myself, am posting it so I can find it when I want to try it.

Mix ground beef chuck, evaporated milk, oatmeal, beaten egg, 1/2 cup of the sauce and salt in a large mixing bowl. Shape in a baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the meatloaf and bake at 325 degrees for about an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and twenty minutes or until a meat

Mix all ingredients together, except spaghetti sauce. Form into loaf and put in pan. Spoon sauce over loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour to 40 ...

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except ground beef. Mix well. Add ground beef, mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Drain, let stand 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375. Combine all the ingredients except 1/2 cup of the ketchup in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and shape into a nice, even loaf. Place the loaf in a shallow baking dish and top with the remaining ketchup.
