I LOVE this recipe! These are the most fantastic meatballs ever. They don't need sauce (but are great with it). From my hero, Alton Brown.

This baked meatballs recipe is excellent as a main dish or side dish. Serve the baked meatballs by themselves with spaghetti sauce, or in spaghetti, or make a meatball sandwich with them. For a different taste, try using ground turkey in place of ground beef.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Add onions and vegetable oil to small skillet. Cook over medium heat until tender, about 3 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix in onions. Shape mixture into small meatballs. Place on baking sheet. Bake until thoroughly cooked,

What to do: Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF, soak the breadcrumbs with milk, then add the beef, using hands to mix well. Add the remaining ingredients except the pasta sauce to this mix. Shape into balls don't worry about the size, you can choose that and brown in a frying pan. Spoon
