I searched thru 3 pages of Sweet & Sour Meatball recipes to make sure this was unique and I think it is. I got this recipe from a lovely woman named Iola back in 1973. It is still a favorite and requested by friends and family alike. You can use your own meatball recipe, or if you're like me...I

Directions: Combine sauce ingredients in 4qt. pot and bring to a boil. When sauce comes to a boil, begin shaping beef mix into individual meatballs and drop into sauce one at a time. Let cook approximately 25 min. Serve over rice or spaghetti. Serves 3 or 4.

Meatballs: Mix ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours. Form into small balls. Brown the balls WELL, using either margarine or a substitute.
