Other Fish Recipes

The American Heart Association recommends eating fish (particularly fatty fish) at least two times (two servings) per week. There's no healthier food, but it's also so quick and easy to make at home. Eating fish provides all kinds of health benefits: increased risk of sudden death and arrhythmia; decreased thrombosis (blood clots); decreased triglyceride levels; decreased growth of atherosclerotic plaque; and lower blood pressure. Fish also show promise for reducing the risk of dementia, arthritis, asthma and kidney disease, the heart association reports.
