Cook the pasta curls in a pot of boiling hot water till al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again. Set aside to cool. In a bowl combine all the other ingredients. Add the cooked pasta and toss well. Adjust seasonings. Cover and chill for an hour before serving.
