you put the condensed milk in a pot of boiling water (on a hob) and leave simmer on a gentle heat for about two hours (you put the whole can in the water dont open it or anything just buy the condensed milk and put it in the pot, you can remove the label if you want to)

Method : Stand the unopened tin of condensed milk in a saucepan of simmering water and simmer for 1.5 hours, topping up with boiling water as necessary. Carefully remove from the heat, leave to cool for 10 minutes, then open the can. Melt the butter or margarine and mix in the sugar and biscuit
