Delicious!...chicken and rice with a creamy garlic sauce together all in the same casserole.

This dish has the perfect texture and its even better when rolled in a tortilla shell. Great for leftovers and can be served a variety of ways, as a side dish or main. Perfect for Sunday cooking.

Combine everything except chicken, mixing well; put into casserole. Arrange chicken on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered, then uncover and bake 30 minutes more, stirring once. Variation: Use 3 cups water and brown the chicken first. Also, you can bake covered at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.

In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 4
