Tilapia is a farmed freshwater fish that's low in fat and mild in flavor. It's suited to many different cooking methods, but this recipe for breaded fillets, baked up crisp and tender in the oven, is one of our favorites.

Mixed the melted butter (about 1 tablespoon), egg, wine, lemon juice, and salt & pepper in a bowl. I dipped the Tilapia in the sauce and then covered with Italian bread crumbs.
