The United States and Canada often work closely together in business and investment. In 2014, the two nations have the world’s most expansive trading relationship and share an electricity grid. Both countries also work together to fight terrorism and money crimes. English and French are official languages in Canada, with about 59 percent of Canadians primarily speaking English and 22 percent speaking French.
