To use the Weslo Cardio Glide in push mode, sit on the seat, push the pedals and handlebars away, and return to the starting position to complete one repetition. The Weslo Cardio Glide has to be converted before using it in pull mode. Once converted, sit on the seat, push the pedals away while pulling the handlebar towards the waist, and then return to the starting position.
