Time how long it takes to boil water, then time how long it takes to boil another pot of water (make sure they start at the same temperature) with Kool-Aid in it. Compare your times and there you go!

Adding Kool-aid will do nothing to affect water's boiling point, no matter what flavor you are adding. In order for the boiling point to be affected, you would need to add way more solute to the solution than you will when you make Kool-aid....
