Algae eating fish for ponds are as important as water circulation in the pond. Hot and humid air cause algae to eat and take over a pond. These fish naturally remove any algae by eating it. The most common fish one can purchase for their pond include Pond Snail, Common Plecostomus, Chinese Algae Eater, Flying Fox, and Gold Nugget Pleco.
