Cleaning a Chamois Cloth?

Answer

Cleaning a chamois cloth is very easy. All you need to do is rinse it in lukewarm water with a little mild, non-alkali soap in it, or a mild detergent. Once the chamois is clean, squeeze it to remove as much water as possible or use a chamois wringer. Then gently stretch the chamois and hang to dry. Make sure that you hang it somewhere where it is away from direct sunlight and high heat. Check on the chamois often as you should not let it become too dry.
