There are several different types of employee weaknesses and also strengths. If one employee shows a lot of weakness it can hurt the whole team. Some ways that an employee can have weaknesses is the inability to meet goals, poor communications kills, rejecting all teamwork, employee may not have any motivation, consistent tardiness, and excessive absenteeism. If the employee will not improve, he will need to be let go from the job to set an example.
