How Do Bats Give Birth?

Answer

Bats reproduce in litters. They can have one to three litters in a season, dependent on the species and the conditions. Bats are mammals and they give birth. The mothers nurse their young until maturity. The wings of the babies do not develop until then and they can not care for themselves until that point. When they can fly, they will then need to care for themselves. A bat can live as long as 20 years.
