Kendall Motor Oil is made by ConocoPhillips and has many products in the line to help a car run better and more efficiently. Kendall oil came out with the first oil that was designed to be used during the winter in 1928. Later on, Kendall Oil came out with an oil that could be used for 2000 miles and the standard at the time was a maximum of 1000 miles. And then the company developed and marketed the first oil can to be factory sealed and pre-packaged into a one quart size.

1997. American Refining Group bought the old Kendall refinery. The Kendall brand name is now part of Conoco-Phillips . Kendall oil is now produced elsewhere.
