Number of Representatives Per State?

Answer

The United States Congress is made up of the US Senate and the US House of Representatives. There are a total of 100 senators in the US Senate and 435 members of the House of Representatives. They are referred to as representatives. Every state in the US has at least one representative in the house. The total number of representatives per state varies depending on the population of the state. The determination is based on the most recent census and therefore changes every ten years. For the years 2010 - 2020, the state of California had the most representatives in the house with a total of 53.
