Pulled Chest Muscle Symptoms?

Answer

There are several symptoms of a pulled chest muscle. This can occur when there is over extension in the chest muscles, which causes fibers in the muscles to tear. The symptoms of a pull chest muscle include immediate pain in the chest. Other symptoms are swelling, bruising, and soreness. If the pain is extreme, a medical professional may prescribe a pain killer such as Vicodin. In order to heal the muscle, one must not lift heavy objects or reach above the head with the arms. One must let the muscles relax as much as possible.
