Sources of Lipids?

Answer

Since the word lipid is actually just another word for fat, it makes it easier to picture some sources of lipids. Some natural sources of lipids include oils and the fats from animals. Not all fats or lipids are created equally, and some are better for the body than others. Some of the natural fats, like saturated fats, are not so good for the body, while other types of fats are better for you. Moderation is extremely important.
