What Does a Firewire Cable Look like?

Answer

Fire Wire cables look sort of like USB cables. While the cord looks pretty much like every other cord on the market, the jack is shaped differently. Unlike USB adapters, it's not really symmetrical and has a number of visible pins. They're also tapered on one end. That makes it easy to tell from their USB counterparts. Several different Fire Wire standards exist. Users should be able to tell them apart from each other by size.
