According to the Livestrong foundation, the muscles that jumping jacks target are:

1.Calf muscles—gastrocnemius and soleus muscles.
2.Hip Abductors—gluteus medius, gluteus minimus.
3.Hip Adductors—adductor brevis, adductor longus, adductor magnus, and gracilis.
4.Shoulder Abductors—deltoid, supraspinatus, and the latter muscle.
