To repair the rear windows defrost first you need to buff the damaged part and then clean off the area with rubbing alcohol. Place horizontal masking tapes in order to mark the damaged surface. Add also vertical tapes and there should be 3/4 space in between the tapes. Apply epoxy material at the damaged surface. Let it dry for about 24 hours and start testing the defrost function again.
