# Algebra Mixture Problems?

Algebra mixture problems include both words and numbers in the question. The idea behind mixture problems is that a student will read the question and then come up with the actual equation. For some students, word math problems are very hard to master. Teachers recommend that when students read the math word problem, they write down all of the numbers in a chart format as they read to help them formulate the algebra equation afterwards.
