I assume that by the term ice we are referring to frozen water. The freezing point of water is 32 degrees Fahrenheit, and ice will begin to melt at any temperature higher than 32

Mercury is a liquid at room temperature. It kinda rolls around and doesn't act a thing like water but I assure you, it is a liquid. Mercury solidifies at -38.83 c or -37.89 f. PS.
