Here are the basics of how to convert a PDF to autosketch without using another conversion program. Start AutoCAD and open an AutoCAD drawing. Go to File, Print and choose the Virtual PDF Printer. You can make adjustments by going to the Property button if necessary. Click okay and the Save As window will pop up. Assign a file name and choose the folder for the document and it will be generated there.
