The average attention span of a teenager is about 5 to 10 minutes. The average teenager spends about one minute on any given website and if they are not engaged into an activity they will become bored. Boredom causes disciplinary problems. Due to this knowledge teachers have begun to add engaging activities to there lesson plans to keep teenagers focused and engaged.
