Average Attorney Fees?

Answer

There are many different types of attorneys and many different types of cases. It is hard to determine what the average attorney fees would be since there are so many variables. Even where in the country one lives can impact the cost. In some states an attorney charges more than in other parts of state. Some attorneys charge by the hour, in some instances an attorney will not charge at all until and unless a case is won in court.
