The BC nurses' hot line is also known as the anthem Blue Cross Nurseline or MedCall. They provide health care assistance for plan members seven days a week and 24 hours out of every day. They offer one on one health care advice from nurses who have years of clinical experience and, who can consult with physicians on call. They also have an audio library that will offer more information on many health concerns. The MedCall number is listed on your ID card. Press 1 for assistance.
