The Blackberry JVM error 102 is when a file on the Blackberry phone is corrupt. The file that seems to be corrupt is the .cod file. The way to get rid of the corrupt file is very easy. Simply download the 'JL_Cmder' then plug the phone into a PC using an usb cord. After the usb cord is connected, run JL_Cmder and select option 2. At the bottom, there will be a list of error codes, find the correct one and it will tell you why the phone is corrupt.
