Boys Privates?

When someone speaks about a boy's privates, they are often referring to the genital area. It is a good idea to teach your child from a young age about inappropriate touching. By referring to that area as private, it emphasizes the fact that type of touching is wrong. At the same time, however, the parents need to impress upon their child the importance of communication. If the child feels like they have been the victim of something like this, they should feel comfortable enough to come to their parents immediately.
