It is okay to bathe your kitten, but only if it really needs to be bathed. You will need to heat some water to body temperature, and ensure that it doesn't go past the kitten's belly. Use some cat shampoo gently in the kitten, but don't get his/her head wet. Once all washed up, use a clean bath towel to make the kitten as dry as possible.
Bathing kittens is not necessary but if your kitten is very dirty it will do no harm. The natural oils in the fur can be destroyed if one baths the kitten to frequently and can cause dry flaking skin
