Can You Have a Tattoo at 16?

It is illegal to have a tattoo at the age of 16 unless one has the parents' consent. Anyone who draws a tattoo on a minor risks persecution unless one is a medical practitioner and was doing it for medical reasons. When doing tattoos, it is advisable to pick a design that actually means something to you.
