# Chord Length?

A chord is a line that links two points on a circle or curve and only covers the part inside the circle. A chord that passes through the center is also the diameter of the circle. To calculate chord length you use a formula. If you have the radius and central angle there is one formula and if you have the radius and distance to center there is a different formula to use.
