The Chrysler Infinity radio provided an upscale sound system in Chrysler vehicles. This radio system was popular in vehicles produced in 1988 and 1989 and replaced the old Ultimate Sound stereo that most cars were equipped with. The Infinity radio provided customers with reliability and good sound quality. In 1999 Chrysler reported that their graphic equalizer stereos were being completely redesigned. with features like a rotary on and off, and volume control, a slider type equalizer, Dolby noise reduction, and automatic dynamic noise reduction.
