Condition Hands Itch and Swell?

Answer

Some conditions that can cause hands to itch and swell include an allergic reaction, injury, or some sort of dermatological issue. If there is any swelling of the airway or difficulty breathing, one should be seen by emergency professionals as soon as possible. The medical term for when the skin suddenly swells up is angiodema. Another skin swelling condition is called uricaria. The different between the two is that the first takes place in the subcutaneous tissue layer while the latter takes place in what is referred to as the upper dermis.
