Credit Note Format?

Answer

A credit note format is the same thing as a credit memo. It is something you can give to your customers that informs them that a credit has been added to their account. You can use an invoice template and modify it to show what can be claimed by clients as cash or to offset future invoices. A credit note should be a last resort in a situation because you should first try to rectify the situation with the customer. A credit note will show that you are willing to give a credit or if you really have to, a refund.
