Where is the Delano, California state prison inmate search?

Answer

Inmates at any locations overseen by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation can be searched for at the department's website at http://inmatelocator.cdcr.ca.gov/search.aspx. This includes inmates at the Kern Valley State Prison located in Delano.

The search is conducted using either the inmate's number or name. Only currently incarcerated adult inmates are included in the search. Individuals who have recently entered the corrections system or who have recently changed locations are sometimes not included in the search until several days have passed. If the search does not yield the desired information, people should telephone the Corrections Department Identification Unit at (916) 445-6713.
