Difference between Protozoa and Bacteria?

Protozoa and bacteria are different in several ways. However, two that are the most important. 1) Bacteria are prokaryotes, Protozoa are eukaryotes.2) Bacteria has no membrane bound nuclei, protozoa has a membrane bound nucleus.
