Difference between Red and Green Cabbage?

There is really no difference in the taste between red and green cabbages. Their main difference would be in their color, wherein red cabbages are more of like a purple color and are higher in antioxidants. Red cabbages also tend to stain chopping boards, while green cabbages do not.
