Differences between Light and Sound?

Answer

The differences between light and sound are clear by their definitions in that light is an electromagnetic radiation, visible to the human eye which protrudes the sense of sight, whereas sound is a mechanical wave transmitted through various materials and responsible for the sense of hearing. Sound cannot travel through vacuum whereas light can. A close relationship between light and sound is experienced when thunder and lightning occurs.
