Dizzy and Light Headed?

Answer

Dizziness and being light headed are two symptoms that come hand in hand very often. This is because of a lack of oxygen to the brain. This can be caused by a number of reasons, with low blood pressure being one of the main causes. The low blood pressure can be caused by things such as pregnancy, alcohol use, anemia, certain medications, heat related illnesses, and dehydration. Hyperventilation from stress can cause both symptoms as well.
