Do Owls Hibernate?

Answer

Owls hibernate just like many birds of prey have been known to do during the winter season because it is basically too cold for them at this time. Most species of owls hibernate in a similar way to the other birds. However, one exception to this rule is the snowy owl. It is the only owl that is known not to hibernate. It migrates to a warmer location and afterwards migrates back after the winter season is over rather than hibernating during the winter.
