The use of cocaine will show up as positive in a hair follicle drug test. If only a small amount was taken or it was quite a while ago, then it will likely show as trace amounts.

It depends on what they are testing you for. I know that in a 6 panel test methadone is not included, but is on a 10 panel one. I also know that it is very expensive to test for methadone

I'm assuming you mean THC, Tetrahydrocannabinol, which is the chemical in Marijuana. So marijuana is the only drug that will test positive for THC.
