Do You Have to Have Your Car Inspected in the County You Live in?

Answer

In my experience from having lived in several different states, and getting my car inspected, you do not. While most states do require your car pass an inspection, you are not limited in getting your car inspected in the specific county you live in. You can get your car inspected anywhere in the state your car is registered.
