Do You Have to Pay Child Support If the Child Is Not in School?

Answer

From my knowledge the parent that doesn't have custody of the child will have to pay child support even if the child is not in school. However it does depend on the age of the child. If the child is a baby then yes child support would be needed. If the child is over 18 and not going to school then no child support is not needed.
