The Federal Bureau of Investigation handles the corporate crime cases. One example of corporate crime is when Martha Stewart was convicted of insider trading. Martha had knowledge that the company was going to sale and proceeded to to get rid of her stocks a day earlier. She was sentenced to prison and had to serve her time.
